What's a free consultation?
I offer free 15 minute phone consults if prospective clients wish to speak with me directly before starting our work together. This is typically most useful if you have a specific concern or want to check if I offer a certain style of therapy. It can also be helpful just to chat a bit and see if we click!

How does out-of network reimbursement work ?
What is out-of-network reimbursement?
You may be able to have our sessions reimbursed by your insurance as an out-of-network provider (OON). Insurance companies all have different rates at which they cover OON services — typically between 40-80%.

What's your cancellation policy?
Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel a session. If sessions are cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged the full session fee ($170).

At this time, I am telehealth only. Sessions happen on Simple Practice — you will receive a link to join the virtual room before your session time.
